Delivery Methods & Charges
Customers can choose either a professional installation service or have the products delivered to a designated Hong Kong address.
Installation
Your ordered items will be handed over to our professional technician. They will bring the items over to the specified address for installation in 7 working days (9 am-6 pm, excluding Public Holidays). Our customer service team will call you in advance to re-confirm and schedule the installation.
Outlying islands and remote areas may require an additional 1-2 business days for installation. Outlying islands and remote areas include but are not limited to: Hei Ling Chau, Cheung Chau, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Lantau, Ma Wan, Peng Chau, Po Toi Island, Soko Islands, Sunshine Island and Park Island.
Enjoy free installation when spend over HK$28,000. When an order amount is less than the specific amount, HK$3,500 installation charges will be applied.
Delivery
Your order will be delivered in around 5 working days (excluding Public Holidays). Our logistic partner will contact you before carrying out the delivery. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.

Enjoy free delivery when you spend over HK$2,000 or above. When an order amount is less than the specified amount, HK$500 delivery charges will be applied.

Cancellation and Refund
Order cancellations will not be accepted. We kindly ask you to carefully review your order before finalizing the purchase. In case you receive a defective or incorrect item, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at 2155 3352.
Technical Support and Warranty
We offer a warranty on all products. The warranty period for all products that come along with packages is 12 months; while products purchased individually is 6 months. The warranty period of the product and accessories shall start from the completion date of installation/ delivery date depending on the delivery method.
The warranty will be rendered invalid if the defective product or any part thereof is caused by (1) undue wear and tear, (2) negligence, omission or mishandling of the Product; or (3) alteration or repair made without the authorization of the Company. The Company may at the customer's request carry out the repair or replacement work not covered by the warranty but subject to the customer paying the Company's prevailing charges for such services.
