1. What is SmarTone Solutions Home Automation eShop?
SmarTone Solutions Home Automation eShop is an online platform that offers a wide variety of Home Automation products and packages from high-quality manufacturers around the world. Simple, convenient, and easy for everyone to build their own smart home.
2. Do I need to set up an account to order online?
No, you do not need to set up an account to order. You can purchase items from SmarTone Solutions Home Automation eShop with Guest Checkout. Simply add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart, click the "Check Out" button, and enter your email, shipping, and payment information.

3. How to place an order?
You can select the product you wish to purchase and click "Add to cart" on the product details page. After adding more products to your cart, you can go to your shopping cart and click on "Check Out". Choose your delivery method, and input your email, shipping and payment information. You will find an order completion message with the order number and receive an order confirmation email if the order is placed successfully.
4. What payment methods are available?
Both VISA and Mastercard credit cards are accepted.
5. Why did my payment fail?
Your payment failed due to one of the below-mentioned reasons.
- There may be a credit limit on your account.
- The incorrect card type, number or expiry date was accidentally selected when placing the order.
- There were dashes or spaces in the account number that could not be recognized.
- Your bank requires verification from you before authorizing the purchase.
- Your card may be recently issued and has not yet been activated.

6. How do I know if my purchase went through?

7. What kind of delivery method is available?
Customers can choose either an installation service or have the products delivered to a specified Hong Kong address.
8. How can I enjoy free delivery/ installation?
We offer free delivery/ installation upon purchase of certain amounts. Please visit the “Delivery Methods & Charges” session under Help & Support page for more details.
9. Can I choose the delivery date?
Your item(s) will be delivered in 5 working days (excluding Public Holidays), our logistic partner will contact you before carrying out the delivery.
10. Can I choose the installation date?
Installation service can be provided as early as 7 working days after order confirmation (9 am- 6 pm, excluding Public Holidays). You can select your target installation date & time that is convenient for you during checkout. Our customer service team will call you in advance to re-confirm and schedule the installation and our professional technician will bring the items over for installation during the scheduled time slot.
11. Can I track the progress of my order?
For delivery, your item(s) will be delivered in 5 working days (excluding Public Holidays), our logistic partner will contact you before carrying out the delivery.
For installation, you can select your target installation schedule during check out and the customer service team will call you in advance to re-confirm and schedule the final installation arrangement.

13. Can the Smart Home product(s) be delivered overseas?
The SmarTone Solutions Home Automation eShop ships only within Hong Kong.
14. Can I deliver my order to multiple addresses?
The SmarTone Solutions Home Automation eShop does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order.

16. Do you have any cancellation, exchange & return policies?
All products purchased at SmarTone Solutions Home Automation eShop cannot be cancelled or returned.

17. Do Home Automation products come with a warranty?
Yes, they do. All products purchased individually have a 6-month warranty provided unless specified; while products included in packages have a 12-month warranty. If your device is faulty while covered by warranty, please contact our customer service team at 2155 3352 or WhatsApp at 9680 7632.
