Nature 7 PRO can be acted as a gateway and connects with up to 500 other smart home appliances at your home, making your home easy to control. It supports multiple protocols including CoSS, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and other wireless protocols. It can work well even without internet, Nature 7 PRO and smart home devices can be connected via LAN.

We support either installation service or have the products delivered to a specified Hong Kong address.
Installation Our professional technician will bring the items over to the specified address for installation in 7 working days (9am-6pm, excluding weekends and public holidays). Our customer service team will call you in advance to re-confirm and schedule the installation.
Enjoy free installation when spend over HK$28,000. When an order amount is less than the specific amount, HK$3,500 installation charges will be applied.
Delivery Order will be delivered in around 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Our logistic partner will contact you before carrying out the delivery.
Enjoy free delivery when you spend over HK$2,000 or above. When an order amount is less than the specified amount, HK$500 delivery charges will be applied.
Technical Support and Warranty
The warranty period for all products purchased individually is 6 months. The warranty period of the products and accessories shall start from the completion date of installation/ delivery date depending on the delivery method.
